Welcome to Digital Visions, Photography by Kate Sumbler. All items for sale are original photographic prints, often with some digital manipulation.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal may also be used for credit card purchases. It is easy and secure.

If you would like to pay using another method, please let me know.

Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase.

Shipping

As the photographs are printed to order please allow 10-15 working days for delivery.

Buyer is responsible for requesting insurance and/or special shipping instructions, such as gift wrapping etc... at an additional charge. These services are not included in the listing price.

Additional shipping charges may be applicable for residents of Hawaii and or Alaska, as these locations can cost more due to distance.

All photos are professionally printed and shipped to me before I send them out to you - this allows me to assure the quality and packaging of your prints is the best it can be.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do everything I can to make sure your order arrives quickly and looks great. In the unlikely case that you are not completely satisfied with the order, I am happy to offer a 14-day guarantee policy to make sure that every order is perfect.

Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order if you are unhappy with it so we can make arrangements for a refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Prints with regular finishes (Glossy, Matte and Lustre) are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive professional photographic paper.

Metallic prints are printed on Kodak Professional Endura Paper.

Please note that all images have been compressed, watermarked and posted at a lower resolution than the print you will receive. Your photograph will be clearer and sharper than what you see. The colors will be more vibrant and may differ slightly than what you see on your monitor.

All photographs are protected under US copyright and are sold for your personal display.
