Welcome to Laciebug Studio! I've been creating digital designs since 2005, and am very excited to be offering my cards for sale here on Etsy.

Payment

Payment is due via Paypal before the final version of your card is emailed to you (within 3 days of purchase, please).

If you need to make alternate payment arrangements, please contact me at laciebugstudio [!at] gmail.com BEFORE placing your order!

Shipping

My products are digital only and will be emailed to you. I do not offer printed product at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of my work. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me (laciebugstudio@gmail.com) and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Additional Policies and FAQs

{Ordering Process - Custom Orders}

FIRST, choose the design you would like to use. All designs are listed under the DIY Cards section - do not purchase these for custom orders.

SECOND, email me (laciebugstudio@gmail.com) with your choice, plus the pictures and details corresponding to your chosen design. I will create a low-resolution draft for you to proofread. This draft will be emailed to you within 2-3 days of purchase.

THIRD, check over the draft version for any errors, font changes, wording changes, etc... Email me with any changes and I will create further draft copies until it meets your approval.

FOURTH, once your card is completed, I will create a listing with the final price (generally $20 for custom orders, I will inform you of adjustments during the design process) under the 'Custom Orders' section in my store. Please send payment via Paypal (or alternate pre-approved method). Allow 7-10 days for clearing if using an e-Check via Paypal. When your payment is processed, I will email you the final copy of your card.

FIFTH, enjoy your card! I highly recommend Winkflash.com for printing - they have great prices and excellent quality, and their customer service is wonderful.
