Welcome

Customer satisfaction of our products is the most important aspect of a business’s success, and my personal feeling is that if – at the very least – my bags (and cozies, graphics, and…) do not thrill you like your faves/icons do, then I am not on the right path of being the designer I strive to be!

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly (through convo is quickest/easiest for me) if you have a problem with your item/order – please let me know of ANY problem through contact and not feedback, for the FB is for a final “grade” and not always a means to resolving any problems.

Payment

I accept PayPal (directly provided by Etsy), Google Checkout, RevolutionMoneyExchange.com, money order, or cashier's check. Note monetary refunds will not be given through the mail.

Note if you are not paying by PayPal, inform me of your precise method and wait to receive invoice/response.

If ordering from multiple sellers, you must complete a PayPal payment by coming back to your Etsy checkout and going through PayPal again. If you miss completing checkout immediately, no worries, you can find an invoice in “Your Etsy”, and I will also send you a PayPal invoice.

Shipping

I ship either First Class mail or Priority depending on the item, and try to find the best price for you, but more attention is paid to value in regards to Priority and insurance.

Shipping should take about 3 days within the continental US.

Many of my items are in stock, many others are made-to-order. Creation time will be given either in listing information or by convo after purchase.

Please pay special attention to my “due date” if I bid on your Alchemy request, as I have many items shipped to my home from various sources and timing cannot necessarily be expedited shorter than this.

UPGRADES / DOWNGRADES

Prior to purchase you may request a lower shipping price on items like bags that carry the cost of Priority + insurance. You are then held responsible for your risk. However I will never downgrade a service if you live in an apartment, as I have personally experienced package theft from my own apt. IN THE SAME VEIN, you may request a shipping upgrade if you live in an apartment, or other less safe locale, to be paid by you.

If you require Express (or faster) shipping, convo first with your items and I will let you know when each is actually available to leave my home before you decide.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

*NOTE* I DO OFFER CORRECT AND ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS AFTER CONTACT/BEFORE PURCHASE.

I do ship worldwide, but only list the highest possible price for shipping to any/all countries, as this can get more complicate than many realize (with such a variety of products). Please Convo me to let me know what you are purchasing and which country you are from to get your proper shipping amount (after buying all OOAK items, resting assured you will be discounted [or unlikely; possibly charged extra] with others to make up difference). This is due to certain countries banning certain items or materials, or otherwise having shipping mode minimums on some of these. Don't be scared off by the high price listed, although it is rarely your actual shipping cost for one or more items. If one or any of the items are not allowed into your country, I will inform you when I respond. I will not ship illegally, and this includes marking packages as gifts in customs forms. I do strongly consider exception if you provide accurate details that override my legal information from USPS.com.

DIFFERENT SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

I can ship to any addresses (not just PayPal confirmed) that is listed in both your Etsy and PayPal accounts. You must check that these are both correct when ordering or your shipment may be delayed or possibly inaccurate.

If you wish to split up an order to ship to different destinations, you must place the order twice (and so on) instead, and make sure you have correct addresses for each respectively.

SHIPPING NOTICE

Within 24 hours after shipment, I will mark the “shipped” check box on Etsy. This status should be locatable in “Your Etsy”. Please inspect this if wondering. I may or may not contact you separately, with it being more likely not if I've contacted you prior to that within a short amount of time. This is to benefit you and your inbox, as well as me.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted for new, unused, unaltered items. Items with damage you caused (not faulty item) will not be accepted for return. Refunds (that are not in the case of my error*) will be given minus shipping costs. Return packages must be postmarked 7 days or fewer after your receipt date. As a special consideration to me, please inform me of intent to return within 2 days after package receipt!

I will not issue monetary refund via mail (check or money order). I will only issue monetary refunds through online service. (If paid by online service, I shall use the same – if not, I’ll choose PayPal unless you prefer merchandise credit. If you do not have a PP account but paid with credit card through PayPal.com, your refund will be returned to your credit card.)

If you cannot accept an online refund method, I only offer merchandise credit (in not just necessarily this shop, but any future shop as well, should I ever open another).

EARRING RETURNS

Yes, I accept earrings for return, but minus a 25% restocking fee. Returned earrings will then either have the earwires replaced and sold full-price OR if that’s impossible; the wires would be boiled, plus rubbed in alcohol before reselling for a 10% discount -- or else future customers may request a brand new pair matching photos to be made-to-order for full price. Do note: due to the nature of how I make my earrings, I cannot usually replace earwires for re-selling.

CUSTOM REQUESTS / ALCHEMY

If/when I do custom orders, there will most likely be a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable as well. Except in a case when _I_ am unable to complete your order, and the transaction is not canceled by your decision alone. Then I would refund you.

*FAULTY ITEMS / QUALITY GUARANTEE

No one's perfect, but I work hard to make quality items. If your item gets damaged due to my fault when item was in my hands, etc, and not just normal wear and tear over a long period of time, etc., send it back for either repair, replacement or 100% refund, as for which to be deemed by me as necessary.

IN TRANSIT DAMAGE OR LOSS

All items deemed of designer value by me will get insured packaging. Therefore I can get my money back, and can send you a replacement or something similar if materials are too rare.

In other circumstances, you can request upgraded shipping with insurance prior to payment, or I can make a replacement with minimal supply costs plus shipping.

In certain circumstances it might be better to take up a claim, like with a package swiped from your doorstep, with the proper authorities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

I live and work always in a 100% smoke-free environment!!! … and currently have no pets in my home (in the Spring I plan to have my dog with me again part-time; but she is a small, clean doggie with hair, not fur [“hypo” allergenic]).

CONTACT

I do conduct business on other websites and occasionally on my own domain (for custom requests), so if you plan to do business with me on Etsy.com, keep your contact with me on Etsy.com.

I am not always as quickly available by e-mail as I am directly on Etsy, and I will ALWAYS contact you first through Etsy Convo until extreme time passes without response, but only in an emergency (eg; payment required) situation. Please try to contact me through Etsy Convo first, and I will usually respond within half a day.

If you only contact me through the e-mail address provided to you on your Etsy receipt, I cannot 100% guarantee your message will be received.
