Hello. In general, I want you to be happy, so, if you're not, let me know and we'll figure things out. I believe all things can be worked out with honesty and open communication.

My standards are high, and I expect yours are too. I don't post any items with which I'm not fully satisfied.

When not using found objects, I use high quality materials and goods in my pieces and try to identify them. The paper in the collages is recycled, so unfortunately no guarantee can be made about its fading or acidity.

Payment

I accept credit card payment and money transfers via PayPal. Also, I'm willing to work with you on other methods of payment, such as money orders, cash for in-person delivery, etc. Just communicate with me about it.

Delivery will happen once payment has been received (or an arrangement has been made).

Please make payment as soon as conveniently possible after deciding to buy an item. I don't have specific deadlines for payment but would appreciate you letting me know if you need more than a few days to pay.

5.75% tax will be added to any purchase delivered in DC.

Shipping

USPS First Class Mail is primarily used. Generally I do not add insurance or confirmation receipt to shipments. But, other arrangements can be made as you like, and the shipping cost will be adjusted.

Every attempt is made to ship purchases within two business days of payment receipt.

Refunds and Exchanges

Generally I want to make you happy. If you can demonstrate that something has been damaged in shipment, I will do everything I can to replace it (or work with you to come up with a solution). Same goes if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Simply keep the communication open and we can work it out.
