Payment

Springtide Press accepts Pay Pal (please pay within 3 days of order).

Washington residents are subject to sales tax.

Sales outside the USA may be subject to taxes or duty upon receipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred. For items that require customs forms to be filled out, the item will be declared as merchandise, and its value listed—no exceptions. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping

Will ship items within 2 business days of receiving payment. A notification message will be sent as soon as the item ships.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because this is handmade, original art, Springtide Press cannot accept returns. All items are packed extremely carefully to ensure safe shipment. All sales final, please.
