Welcome to Old School Fibre! Most of my wool and yarn comes from either my own sheep or sheep that I have sheared myself. I know them and their living conditions and can assure you that they live happy sheepy lives. They are sheared in as low stress conditions as possible.
None of the sheep whose wool I use are jacketed, because I think that's weird. I do my absolute best to remove all "vegetable matter" from the wool during processing, but should you find some, please accept it as a sign that the sheep are happy and carefree, (and in the case of the Rambouillet, seem to consider oats and hay as some kind of ritual adornment).

Payment

Payment must be received within ten days, or your order will be re-listed, unless you have made other arrangements. I do accept money orders, but please be aware that due to the speed of the mails payment by this method will delay shipping. Items are shipped when payment is received.

Shipping

Free shipping on some yarns, and all orders over $50! (If this discount does not come up automatically, please convo me so I can tweak your invoice.)
Orders will be shipped by airmail unless otherwise specified/requested. Other shipping methods may require additional charges. Cost of shipping includes insurance, duty and expedite fees, if any, are not covered.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item is damaged or not as described, you may return it or exchange it for an item of similar value or for store credit. Due to variations in monitor quality, slight colour variations are not normally eligible for return.
