Hi and welcome to my Etsy shop, I am so glad you stopped by.

Payment

I only accept paypal as a source of payment. Paypal will take all major credit cards. During checkout, choose the paypal option and after you submit your order click "pay now" and that will take you to the option to pay with a credit or debit card.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received, I will have to relist the item.

Shipping

I will ship your handbags once payment has been cleared.

Everything will be sent Parcel Post, this could take anywhere from 2-8 days. This is a cost saving measure for both of us!

Sorry, I am not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

No exchanges as each piece is individual and unique. Refunds are only given if there is a problem with construction and I must be notified within 3 days of delivery. However, I do stand by my bags and if a problem does arise please let me know and we can work together to rectify the situation.
