Thank you for visiting Doodabug's! I create my jewelry with the goal of making affordable pieces that will provide years of fun for you or for someone who receives it as a gift from you.

Please convo me at any time for any reason. I'm always happy to hear suggestions, comments, complaints(?), and/or answer your questions.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. I also accept personal checks and money orders from the U.S. and Canada. Personal checks will need to clear the bank before your item will ship and that can take up to ten days. At this time only Paypal is accepted from countries outside the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping

I ship by USPS first class mail. Insurance is recommended but not required. If insurance is declined the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage. I pack very carefully and have never had a package go astray or become damaged, but it's always best to be safe.

I do ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S., please convo me for shipping cost. Cost will be exact amount of postage with no added charges except for insurance, if you choose it.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not delighted with your purchase, I will cheerfully accept a return and issue refund immediately upon receipt of the item in its original condition.
