Welcome

As a policy I want you to be happy with the service you recieve and your purchase. So lets lay it out!

Payment

At this time I would prefer to only accept PayPal. If you do not have an active account with them they do have an option during check out that allows purchasing through them with a credit card. If you wish to use another form of payment please let me know. I will be happy to accomidate you.

Shipping

At this point I only ship with in the united states using US mail. Items will arive in a gift box enclosed in a bubble wrap envelope. Thus far this has been reliable for me. If you have another preference let me know, addtional costs may be applied.

The cost is $2.75 and $0.75 for each additional item.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your item I will refund the purchase price. If your item arrives damaged please retrun it and I will make repairs or refund the purchase price. If either case occurs action must be taken by the buyer to notify me with in two weeks of the ship date. Custom orders are excempt from refund except for the case of damage during shipping. I can't be responsible entirely for what happens in shipping, but I am understanding.
I am not responsible for miss use. These are handmade items. I make them with care to be durable but they do have limitations. Please handle them as such.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Caring for your jewelry:
Do not use cleaning solvent or solutions that are not approved for the stones in a piece. Some stones under go different processes at the vendor to give them a luster or varied color. These effects could be altered by cleaning solutions or exposing them to excessive mositure.
When you do wear your jewelry, which I hope you do often, put it on after you apply your make up, lotion and perfume. This will keep chemical in your cosmetics off the stones and metals.
When you are not wearing your jewelry store it in the small plastic bag provided.
