Welcome to Johagi Originals.
What is JOHAGI?
We are sisters JOSIE and GINA. and HAYDEN is GINA'S first son.
Back when we first started making purses out of recycled vintage in 2003, we combined our names and could not leave out Hayden for he was only a newborn and was a part of many inspirations.
Since then we have evolved into what you see now as Johagi Originals but have always kept in tradition with our philosophy of creating modern designs by using vintage and retro materials.

Payment

Johagi Originals accepts paypal and all items should be paid for within 48 hours.
We also accept money order and will allow an extra 5 business days for delivery, but you should contact us within 48 hours through etsy or at our email johagioriginals [!at] gmail.com before sending the payment.

Shipping

All domestic packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Allow 2-3 days for delivery. Everywhere else- All shipments are sent first class mail unless otherwise requested. I recommend upgrading to priority mail for delivery confirmation. International mail takes about 6-14 days.
In both cases, if you need shipment sooner and therefore would like to specify method of shipping contact us at johagioriginals [!at] gmail.com before purchasing your item.


All of the shipments are packaged appropriately often times in recycled materials!!
Remember if you purchase two or more items there is a shipping discount. So check out our other purses!

Refunds and Exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not for any reason we will gladly take back any merchandise under these conditions:
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 DAYS of delivered shipment for a refund. We will not take returns or exchanges after this time. Items must be returned within 5 DAYS of return request. Request returns or exchanges by emailing johagioriginals [!at] gmail.com
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Items should be in their original condition and not worn.
• You will be responsible for the shipping and etsy charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise. If you have received damaged merchandise, please email johagioriginals [!at] gmail.com and we will give you return instructions. Please do not mail any packages without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
• Please make sure to have a tracking number of the package because you may need to track your package to check the status. we cannot issue an exchange or refund until its arrival and we aren't responsible for lost packages.
• Returns will be processed within 1 week of receiving the item.
