Welcome

Welcome! My shop is full of necklaces and the occasional earrings or bracelets that I make. I tend to make polymer clay pendants and paint them with various things. I will take custom orders! Just send me a convo so we can discuss.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I accept PayPal for payment. If you must pay via PayPal's e-Check, which takes several days to clear, please know that I will not ship the item until the e-Check has cleared. I will not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders. I will cancel all orders that are placed and not paid for within 3 days.

Shipping

All items will be packaged in a padded envelope with bubble wrap. I ship first-class mail with delivery confirmation when possible. I will ship within 3 business days of purchase (normally much faster). If you'd like insurance or a faster shipping method, it is available at an extra cost. Please do ask before you make the purchase. I will not be held responsible for your purchase after it has been placed in the Postal Service's care, which is why insurance is recommended.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, all sales are final; however, I am willing to offer a discount on your next purchase if you are unhappy with your purchase. Thanks for your understanding.

I am open to custom orders. I do work full time, so it may take me a day or two to make your order, depending on what it is. If you see something in my store that you like but want it in another color, send me a convo so that we can discuss it.
