Thank you for your interest in my work. I enjoy creating things that others can enjoy.

Payment

I prefer PayPal but I also accept money orders. Once I have received your payment I will ship your item within 3 working days. If I do not receive your payment within 72 hours for PayPal or within 10 days for money orders, then I will assume you no longer want the item and it will be relisted. If you run into a problem I will work with you. Just e-mail me and let me know, I am glad to help.

Shipping

All items will be shipped USPS by weight. I have a postal scale and the cost will be determined by your zip code. When setting up my etsy shop, they require you put in a shipping cost. I put in $6 and $10 if you purchase more then one item. Depending on where you live, this amount could be slightly lower. I will give the final price at checkout. All items will be shipped using the cheapest method and in most cases will include insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items have a 14 day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s)you purchased, I will gladly refund your money, less the shipping charges. You will also be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s)back to me. Please notify me by e-mail to let me know. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you in. If it's obvious the item has been broken due to misuse, a refund will not be given.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Do you have a watermelon themed kitchen? Do you love sunflowers? Is there a certain season you love best? If there is a certain color scheme, theme, flower, etc. that you would like, just let me know and I will be happy to create it for you.
