Payment

Fox & Prince accepts debit and credit payments via Paypal. Payment is due within seven days after the sale.

Shipping

Please allow 21 days after payment clears for parasols to ship. Parasols are shipped FedEx Home in a sturdy cardboard tube. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships. FedEx Home is estimated to deliver between 2-9 days. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Within the Ribbon cards ship within 4 days after payment clears, and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

***LOST PACKAGES***
We are not responsible for packages which are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed via a tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If payment is not sent within seven days and the buyer has not responded to Fox & Prince's attempts at communication, then Fox & Prince may cancel the transaction (i.e., cancellation for non-payment).

If Fox & Prince cannot authenticate the buyer's identity, then Fox & Prince may cancel the transaction (i.e., suspected fraud).
