I want you to choose The Cookie Mama because of my attention to detail and our willingness to satisfy my customers. Whether you are simply looking for a unique gift or treat or you are deciding on a Wedding favor for one of the most important days of your life, The Cookie Mama can compliment any occasion.

Payment

All orders must be Prepaid!
Please place frosting sheet orders 1-2 weeks in advance, Sock Monkey Hats will be custom made to order 2-3 days following payment. Sock Monkeys generally take approx. 1 week before shipping, following payment unless quicker turnover time is requested.
You can conveniently use your credit card or personal check safely and securely through PayPal - you don't have to have an account with PayPal to use the system.
Large orders of 6 dozen or more MUST have atleast 1 week notice. We will Rush Orders for an additional $15.00 fee.
We also accept cashiers checks and money orders.
Please Note: Items will not be shipped until payment is recieved.

Shipping

All orders are shipped Snail Mail.
We ship by U.S. Priority Mail - Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for packages left in doorways, pick-up notices left when no one is home, or for slow mail delivery systems on campuses and businesses. But we do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
*On occasion, we do have packages returned to us for any number of reasons. Most often, the address provided by the customer was insufficient or incorrect (lacking an apartment number or suite number, no such street or no such person at address) Another common reason is that a pick-up notice was left for the recipient, but no one arranged delivery.
Should your order be returned to the Cookie Mama, we will notify you immediately. As soon as we have a corrected address, we will be happy to send a new package of cookies for an additional shipping charge for the second delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note: As the Frosting Sheets are personalized gifts that cannot be resold and the Monkey Hats and Sock Monkeys are custom made to order, no refunds will be given unless it is determined an error was made on the part of The Cookie Mama.
Order Change Policy:
Orders Placed with a weeks notice may be changed up to 24 hours before request date.
Larger Orders placed within over a weeks notice can only be changed up to 7 days before request date.
Rush orders details must be set at the time of order and due to time constraints, changes may or may not be made on a per order basis.

Please remember to notify us of any additional personalization requests for your photo frosting sheets or other items.
*for example* additional wording, monogram letters, specific colors or sizes.
We do offer discounts for larger orders.
