Hi! I am Johanna, and I run the business Johanna's Designer Jewelry. I love to bead! Beads are so fascinating! I started out beading things for friends and family, and got hooked! So I started this business to provide you with unique handmade jewelry. All my jewelry is original and handmade. Every time you buy something, I can make something new. So have fun looking at my jewelry!

Payment

Your items are shipped to you as soon as possible after payment is received. In some cases the item is made after you order, so it may take a few additional days. If you are needing your order in a hurry, let us know so we can get it to yo as soon as possible.

Shipping

I offer low shipping rates on all of my items. I ship usps media mail. Item(s) take 3 to 12 days to arrive. Most of my customers report to receive their items within 3 or 4 days. If you need a faster shipping method, please convo me and I'd be glad to set it up for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases! Returns and exchanges are accepted. If your jewelry breaks within the first 6 months of use, such as a clasp coming off, I would be glad to repair it free of charge.
