Payment

I accept most forms of payment, but I prefer PayPal or Google Checkout, simply because they make everything so much quicker for everyone.

I am obliged to collect 5% sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in Virginia.

Shipping

I usually ship via first class U.S. mail, but please feel free to let me know if you prefer another method, if you would like your shipment insured, or if you need me to ship outside the United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can both avoid unnecessary shipping charges.

If you receive an item you wish to return, please send it back at your expense. Please contact me first to discuss whether I would like to cover the cost of insuring your return shipment. Upon receipt of your return in its original condition, I will refund your purchase price (less any tax, the original shipping charge for the item, and any fee I incurred in accepting your payment or will incur in issuing your refund) using the same method as your payment.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange an exchange, replacement, repair, or refund.
