Welcome

When I started making jewellery, it was just a hobby. Everything I make, I put my heart into it, and I would wear each piece proudly. I began to get requests for custom pieces. I found that people wanted to wear something that was made just for them, it was a special feeling. I think everyone should get to feel that way about themselves, and realized that the Prema Clothing team shared the same values. When I was asked to join the team, I was thrilled. Not only would I be able to do what I love, but I would be helping the community in other ways as well.
We decided that all natural materials for each piece would be most beneficial to everyone. The materials come from around the world. We use semi precious stones, glass, shell, wood, silver, gold(or gold filled), and hemp. Some materials are also recycled.

Payment

I accept PayPal only! Please pay within 48 hours of purchasing an item in my shop. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled.

Shipping

To keep shipping costs low, all items are shipped via Canada Post regular mail. Should you wish to have insurance and tracking, PLEASE tell me when you purchase the item, and I will add an additional charge. Prema Jewellery is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged items shipped via regular mail.

I will ship the purchased items on the next business day, whenever possible. If, for some reason, I cannot do this, I will contact you!

Should you prefer another method of shipping, or want to send the item as a gift to another address, please let me know in the Message To Seller section, once you've purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery notification for a refund or exchange, less shipping.

I often create custom pieces at the request of my clients and would be happy to help you design your perfect necklace, earrings or bracelet. Just send me a message and we'll get the process started!

I have worked with numerous brides to design jewellery for their bridesmaids. I offer 10% off when 3 or more of the same jewellery set are ordered at the same time.
