Payment

I accept PayPal or money orders.

Payment is due within 7 days; if for some reason you need more time contact me and we will see what can be arranged.

Non-Payment
If you change your mind about a purchase before paying please let me know so I can cancel the transaction, without hard feelings. If you fail to contact me I may be compelled to leave negative feedback.
I work in a smoke and pet free environment.
Copyright of all my work remains with me, the purchase of an original does not give the buyer the right to make reproductions.

Note: Etsy's letter to the buyer confirms the sale, and also notifies the seller of the sale, and also removes the item/s from the sellers stock on line. It does not confirm that the sale has been finalized. ETSY'S FINAL CHECKOUT PAGE should bring the buyer to the buyer's PayPal account. If this does not occur, the proper steps were not taken...try again. Until the buyer verifies the purchase in their own PayPal account, and PayPal notifies the seller, the shipment is held.

If you feel that you did complete your order, go to “your Etsy” (first page) and in the upper-left corner click (your purchases), find the order that is in question and to the right of it, click (view receipt). If there is a big green-check-mark the order was finalized, if there is not, click the PayPal button and verify order. PayPal will then send the seller an e-mail confirming the payment.

Shipping

Shipments will be made after payment has cleared.

In an effort towards being green I reuse/recycle packaging, when ever possible. Every item will be carefully and lovingly packaged, to arrive safely at your address.

I am happy to ship worldwide using USPS First Class. If you would prefer UPS or FedEx contact me and I will give you a new shipping cost based on package size and weight.
US Domestic shipments will be sent with delivery confirmation.

International buyers: Given the vast array of customs and duty laws in the international market I will be using customs forms on every international shipment. Officially some of my items could be sent without them, but I would rather your order not be sent back to me because there was some doubts on the part of a customs official. Better to be safe than sorry.

I will not mark customs labels as gift; they will be labeled as sale and the value will be accurately noted. You are responsible for paying taxes, duties or other fees as imposed by your home country.

I do my best to check on what is allowed to be imported in other countries, but that information is not always thoroughly communicated by foreign governments, and some countries have surprisingly long lists of prohibited imports. I will contact you if I am aware of a potential problem before I ship an international order.

If I over estimated the shipping charge by $1.00 or more I will refund the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me directly; I will handle each concern on a case by case basis. Claims for shipping damage must be registered with the carrier within 72 hours of receipt.
