Welcome to Road 10: Vintage & Supply. My shop was created as an outlet of something I love, something that is mine. I believe there is always life left in the items I find. How wonderful to live with objects that have a life of their own, a history. My shop carries a hodgepodge of this and that, items to be used in art, in the kitchen, to read or simply admire. I find most of my items in the Colorado Springs, CO area. I have hundreds of items (and growing) to be listed, so please check back often or if you are after something in particular, just let me know – I’ll see what I’ve got in my stock or keep an eye out while I treasure hunt!

Vintage Condition: Please remember when you are buying vintage that it is at least 20 years old. All my items are sold as is. Items will show age from use and storage. I have a smoke free home. Some items can carry that “old” smell. I will do my very best to describe and show any problems an item might have (missing pieces, chips or cracks...). Most of items with damage will be in the “Sale – seen better days” section. Because even if there’s a small chip on a great dish, it’s still of use – and a better deal for you!

Customer service is something I feel is very important. I’m always happy to help out or answer any questions you may have. Also, take a look at my feedback at my other shop lilybeans.etsy.com.

Payment

I accept PayPal. Payment must be received with in 3 days or the item will be relisted, unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping

I use USPS parcel post or priority, depending on the weight of the item. I will be happy to combine shipping (I will refund the excess charge to you after I pack and ship your order, but also note it the shipping is more, I will have to charge for that cost) or ship internationally (If shipping internationally, I am not responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to international destinations). If you’d like insurance on your item, please let me know before purchase.

I will ship to your etsy.com listed address. If you’d like it shipped elsewhere, again, just let me know.

I will ship a couple times a week and will send you a message to let you know your item is on its way.

If you live in the Colorado Springs area, I would be more than happy to work out an arrangement to meet, drop off or have you pick up your item and refund your shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer service is very important to me, I’ll do what I can to fix any issue that you might have with your purchase if there is a major difference in the item you receive from the description given in the shop.

If you are unhappy with a particular item you received, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your item to discuss the issue and come to an agreeable resolution. After I have received the returned item the original transaction amount, not including shipping costs, will be returned in full immediately via PayPal

Additional Policies and FAQs

**Buy 2 patterns get the 3rd FREE**

I'll refund the amount of the 3rd pattern and difference in shipping via Pay Pal after the order has been placed. The free pattern will be of equal or lesser value of the other patterns purchased.
