Welcome to RomiPaws. RomiPaws is the handmade outlet for the small single-owner design company of Golden Circle Designs in North Carolina. Beads and jewelry, textile art, bangles, bellydance bedlah (costumes) are my joy, and I hope to share some of that joy with my customers - that's hopefully you!

Payment

Paypal only, please. You no longer need a Paypal account to use this method - Paypal will let you pay through a credit card.

Shipping

I ship US Postal Service, First class mail. Priority mail for larger items where it will save money and time.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm so sure that you'll like my work - and I want you to love it! That I'll refund 100% of the cost including shipping if you need to return it within 90 days. I may ask questions so that I can get a better idea of how to fix any problems you had, but no guilt required. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

Note - The house and studio are non-smoking, but pet-loving. We live with four cats and a visiting dog. If you have allergies, please take this into account when you place your order. My tag line for years has been "Cat fur? What cat fur? That's creative use of specialty fibers" for a reason - I can't escape the stuff!

Care and Feeding of Jewelry and textile pieces - I'll send a care and feeding card with each piece, but please be aware that especially with beads and sequins, water and dry cleaning fluids can strip color from them and weaken threads and wires used to connect pieces.

So generally speaking, don't dryclean textiles with beads or sequins, and don't soak your jewelry (don't take showers with it on, and if you get caught in a REALLY bad rainstorm, it might be prudent to stash it deep within your purse to keep it from getting soaked).
