Welcome to Scentual Soundtracks! We create all-natural, handmade products that serve as the aromatic "soundtrack" of your life. I strongly believe in creating spa-quality, affordable products that everyone can enjoy! It is my personal mission to ensure that we all enjoy pampering ourselves without hurting our budgets.

This is why I offer affordable, sample-sized and smaller (2-4 oz.) sizes of products that I usually offer in larger sizes. If you are interested in sampling a product that is not yet listed in a smaller or sample size, please contact me and I will do the best that I can to accommodate you!

I only buy the highest quality ingredients for my products, so you can rest assured that you are getting a well-researched, distinctive product.

Payment

Please pay via PayPal within 2 days of purchase. You do NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase. When you check out through PayPal there will be an option for you to securely enter your credit or debit card information.

Shipping

I ship regularly, three times a week, so you can expect your order fast. I am not responsible for lost packages. Please purchase insurance if you wish to do so (contact me for more information). However, if there is another issue with your order please contact me so that I can make it right for you!

Addresses: Sometimes there may be a discrepancy between your Etsy mailing address and your PayPal mailing address. PLEASE, make sure that your addresses match. If they do not, I will have to contact you to find out which one is correct and this will delay shipment.

I combine shipping for multiple purchases and endeavor to save you money by shipping in the most appropriate, cost-effective method. Please wait for a revised invoice for these purchases. Otherwise, I will refund any overage to your PayPal account.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of these bath and beauty products, no refunds can be given. Please check and double check ingredients before purchase to make sure that you aren't allergic to any of them. For instance, individuals with nut allergies should not purchase items containing coconut.

Please note that I make all of my items from scratch except for my soap bases (which are all-natural and customized for you) and milk and honey lotion/creme. These items, however, are all-natural and/or organic.
