Payment
Currently, I only accept payment through PayPal. If you desire to use a different mode of payment, please convo me prior to purchase so that we can make arrangements.

Please pay as soon as possible. I will allow three (3) days for payment to take place (unless different arrangements had already been made), after which I will cancel the transaction and re-list the item.
Shipping
I ship all items within the U.S. by USPS First Class Mail, and all items outside the country by USPS First Class Mail International. All items are shipped in bubble mailers. Delivery confirmation is included on all domestic orders. If you would like insurance on your order, or would like your package sent by Registered Mail (international buyers only), please contact me before completing payment so that I can send you a revised invoice.
Any difference of $1 or more in the cost of shipping will be refunded to the buyer.
International Buyers: All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All customs forms will be filed accurately, and all packages declared as purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is broken upon arrival, the item can be shipped back to me (at the buyer's expense) and I will repair/replace it and mail it back to the buyer (at my expense). If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund of the item cost minus shipping will be issued.
If an item is lost in the mail, or if you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me and we will work out a suitable solution.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of Papwewire's products will arrive in cellophane bags for the item's protection (jewelry will be mounted on a special card designed by me). However, gift packaging is available. Gift wrapped items will arrive in a handmade pillow box. Please make a note that you would like gift wrapping in the "Notes to Seller" area during checkout.

Custom orders are most certainly welcome. A non-refundable deposit of half of the estimated item cost will be required before work on the item begins. I will send you an invoice for the rest of the payment once the item is ready to ship.
Wholesale inquiries should be sent to paperwirejewelry [AT] gmail [DOT] com. At this time, I do not do consignment anywhere other than Ann Arbor, MI.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new California lead laws, I cannot sell certain items to California residents. I will make note of these items in their descriptions. Please know that I will have to cancel any California order that contains those components.
