Welcome! Here you'll find all the details and some answers to frequently asked questions about Bumblebirch products. If you'd like to know more about the owner, please see my shop profile.
Payment
Bumblebirch accepts payments through PayPal. PayPal accounts, credit cards and debit cards are all accepted forms of payment. I am unable to directly process card payments and will never ask for your banking account information.
If you have been instructed to hold for an adjustment or are unable to pay the bill immediately, I will send you an updated invoice, which is due immediately. You will receive 1 reminder and have up to 3 business days to pay in full after receiving the final invoice reminder. Upon non-payment, the order will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
Shipping
Bumblebirch ships within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) following payment receipt. Once payment is received in full, I will email you with the ship date. Unless you hear otherwise from me, the shipment will go out on the ship date specified.
Standard shipping will be USPS First Class for both Domestic and International and will include Delivery Confirmation when available. If you require Priority shipping, expedited shipping, and/or insurance, please convo me to make special arrangements for your order and I will add the items to your invoice.
If no shipping rate is offered for your region, please convo me about which items you would like and I will get a shipping quote for you. If you decide to place the order without waiting for a quote, I will send you an updated invoice with the corrected shipping.
All customs charges, fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. An inaccurate content description on the customs form is fraud, so I will always state "Merchandise."
All items are packaged with cushioning for safe shipping, and insurance is available at your request. Stationary will be wrapped in waterproof wrapping.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks for customized items to be designed, printed or assembled, and packaged. Most often I will be faster than this, but please leave time for your special items to be carefully prepared for you. If you need custom items faster, please convo me to discuss your options.
Bumblebirch will sometimes close for vacation. While I can receive convos and emails, invoicing and shipping will be delayed by the specified amount of time. This will always be posted in shop announcements.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am committed to high quality products and excellent customer service. I make every effort to describe items in accurate detail and hope the items you purchase are exactly what you desire.
Bumblebirch will accept exchanges only on orders which were filled incorrectly and returned in original, unused condition. Please convo me to discuss any problems you have with your order.
If items arrive damaged, please photo-document fully and contact me directly within 3 business days of delivery to determine whether the items can be replaced. You will need to contact USPS to discuss insurance claims.
Bumblebirch may be unable to issue refunds for items damaged in transit, and in most cases I will be able to recreate another order for you.
