Welcome to Roselyn Originals. I hope you enjoy browsing my designs. I really love to design and make jewelry and hope that passion shows in my creations. If there is any way that I can assist you in your goal of finding a special one-of-a-kind jewelry, or you have any questions regarding a particular piece, please don't hesitate to contact me. Although I strive to give detailed and accurate descriptions, questions do arise.

As I state in my store welcome, all findings are sterling silver. Additionally, I search diligently and carefully for top quality items to incorporate into my designs. It is my goal to offer top quality workmanship coupled with the finest materials. When quality workmanship is a priority, creativity and breadth of designs just comes naturally.

Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal, personal check, or money order. Please be aware that if you are using a method of payment other than PayPal, you order will not be shipped until your check or money order has cleared the bank. This usually takes 5-7 business days. Keep this in mind especially if buying for a gift or special occassion.

Orders that orginate in Mississippi will be subject to 7% sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping will take place within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping is done through USPO mail. Shipping charges include a delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation allows package tracking and confirmation of delivery.

I will ship internationally. Just let me know where you are located and I will give you a quote for shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you decide after receiving your purchase that for some reason it really doesn't work for you, a refund will be given if the item is returned within 10 days and is found to be in satisfactory and unharmed conditions. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, including delivery confirmation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders will require a 50% down payment prior to my starting the project. The balance will be due prior to shipping the finished item(s). If you have a specific color(s) you want, paint chips work great for guiding me.
