Everything in our shop comes a smoke free, pet free environment.
As with all jewelry, our charms are waterproof but it is best not to shower or swim while wearing them. Try to keep your jewelry away from chemicals like oil, grease, soaps, etc.
These charms ARE jewelry, and as with ALL jewerly, will break if handeled improperly.
To clean, simply wet a cloth and gently wipe.

Payment

-At the moment, we accept only PayPal :3
Credit and Debit card payments can also be made through Paypal (A Paypal account is NOT required).
-Payment must be recieved AND cleared though PayPal within 5 days or the order will be cancelled.

-Any unpaid orders will be canceled within 3 days ♥

Shipping

We use the U.S.Postal Service, next day mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

-At the moment, we ARE giving refunds.
-In order to get a refund you must send the product back to us undamaged.
-Product must be returned within 5 days or no refund will be given.
-Please do not post negative feedback if you get a refund.
