Hello my name is Jill,welcome to Monkeygang home of the modern version of sock monkeys and other items made from new socks.
All are designed and handmade by me in my studio in Norfolk UK.
Because of all the great designs and colours of the modern socks each creation is different with it's own character. They are all OOAK

Payment

I only accept payment by Paypal, there is an option for credit or debit card payment. I would appreciate payment within 24hours please. If you have a problem with this contact me and I will endevour to help in any way I can. Your address that is held by Paypal should be checked if it is different from the one where you would like the parcel sent please advise me straight away.

Shipping

All items that are advertised are in stock so when a payment has been cleared it will be posted the same day where possible if not the next day. This does not include Sundays.

UK
Royal mail 1st class 2-3 days

International
Royal Airmail small package allow up to 15 days

I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I do keep proof of postage slips for each item, this will be forwarded to the buyer should the need arise for a claim. Insurance can be arranged at an extra cost.Please note that international buyers are responsible for knowing their countries taxes and will have to pay them if customs require it.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges
If the item that you receive is not as described or is faulty please convo me straight away so that I can make arrangements to correct the matter.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Safety
Each sock monkey or other item is made from new socks and stuffed with safety and non allergenic standard stuffing.
Most can be gently hand washed and air dried. All my sock monkeys are One of a Kind. Sometimes extras are added that are not handmade this will be stated in the description.

Please note.
Due to changing laws on "Toy safety" I do not recommend my Sock monkeys or dolls as toys. These are for collectors items only for anyone over 14 years of age.
