Thank you for taking time to browse our shop. We truly enjoy creating these items and we hope that you find happiness in them as well.

Payment

Kindly send payment within five (5) days of purchase. If you are mailing a check or money order, please simply let us know. Once payment has cleared, we will ship your item. If considering Paypal, please know that you do not require a Paypal account to submit payment. A credit card payment can be submitted thru Paypal to our email address... simple as that!

Shipping

Once payment has been received (and cleared), we will ship your item within 24 hours. Inside the US, we use USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance or to upgrade shipping, please let us know prior to payment so that we can update your invoice with the additional amounts. Please let us know if we will be shipping outside of the US and we can obtain appropriate postage rates. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.

We use recycled shipping containers... please reuse them as well!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be glad to refund your purchase price if returned within 7 days. We will refund your purchase price minus the shipping. Convo us immediately upon receipt if unsatisfied. We want to provide you with an item that makes you smile, so if you are not happy, please let us know!

* We gladly create custom orders. We've created matching bracelet sets for extended families and work groups. Just convo us with your specs and we'll create it for you!
