Welcome, and thank you for visiting my Etsy store!

Kellswood Krafts has existed since 1982 to cover whatever arts or crafts I am currently pursuing. Over the years I have provided custom work in jewelry, enamels, leatherwork, embroidery, calligraphy & illumination, and archery equipment. Payment

Methods: As I am a new Etsy shop, I am starting out by accepting only PayPal. If you would really like to purchase an item from me using a personal check or money order, please contact me through Etsy, and I will set up these other payment methods.

Sales Taxes: I am a Massachusetts business. If your mailing address is also MA, the 5% state sales tax will have to be added to the cost of your item.

Timing: Please pay for your item within 2 days of purchasing it, unless you have contacted me to make other arrangements.

Canceling: If you need to cancel your purchase, you may do so at any point before I have shipped your item, but I may need to deduct any non-refundable fees I incur from your refund.

Shipping

Timeframe: I will almost always be able to ship your item within 2-3 days of receiving your payment. If you're in a rush to receive your item, please let me know, and I'll do all I can to expedite your shipment.

Method: My normal shipping method for small items (such as jewelry) will be by USPS First Class. If you would prefer that I use a different shipping method, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

Insurance: Once I have handed over your item to the Postal Service, I am not responsible for any loss or damage; please consider adding optional shipping insurance to cover such losses. For items which sell for $50 or more, I will pay for insurance.

Delivery Confirmation: For items which sell for $50 or more, I will pay for delivery confirmation. You may add this option, at cost, on purchases under $50.

Packaging: Your item will be shipped in new or re-used materials which protect it in transit. So far, I have a *perfect* record in packing items so they survive their trips!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any problem or dissatisfaction with anything you purchase from me, or with its condition when you receive it, please contact me immediately. My goal is to have every customer happy with their purchase and their treatment!

While loss or damage in transit will not normally be covered unless the item was insured, I may be able to work something out that splits our losses and is fair to both of us, so please get in touch with me right away if your item does not survive its trip to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gifts: If you purchase an item as a gift, I am happy to provide gift packaging at no extra charge. I'll also be glad to ship the item directly to the recipient for you, with your message enclosed. Just let me know...
