Payment

paypal and money order/chasiers check. For paypal please pay within 1 week and I will wait 2 weeks for money orders/chasier's check. Unless you message me asking to hold a item etc

Shipping

I will send out any item that is paid for by paypal (that does office
not need a different size or a custom one made up) within 2-3 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Anything that has been damaged during shipping is not covered.
If a solder joint breaks by regular use within 2 weeks of purchase date then I will fix it, only if it appears to have no heavy wear/damage on it (for example if you bang it against a rock or cement wall). Also what is not covered is if you are rough with the items, most of my items are very delicately made and are not for every day wear of cooking, shovelling snow, chipping ice, playing rough sports in etc etc.

If a stone breaks,cracks, chips that is not covered. Most of the stones I use are natural and fairly good quality, so they are expensive to replace.


As for my sisters items once she has them listed she will make up her own refund and exchange policy based on the types of products.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Jewellery: almost everything on each piece is either forged, cut, shaped, etc by hand so there will be slight differences between each piece, as well as although I try to make everything symmetrical as possible there will always be slight variation because I am not a machine. Sometimes there will be a slight scratch or bump, but that is part of the handmade charm of an item, those slight imperfections make items unique rather than the ones produced in a fabrication factory that are made without love!
