Welcome

'Indulgence Couture' is about just that ... indulgence. I love creating original and beautiful pieces, and I'm more than happy to work with you on a bespoke design to help realise your own unique vision.
So go on ... spoil yourself!

Payment

Payment by Paypal is expected immediately upon checkout.
I also accept personal cheques but only those made out in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank account.
**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they don't - I'll have to confirm the correct address before shipping.

Shipping

Please note that all items are MADE TO ORDER unless specifically described as 'Ready to Ship'. Where I have the necessary materials in stock I should be able to have the piece completed within a few days of receiving cleared payment. Note, though, that where I have to order in the required materials it may take longer - perhaps 2-4 weeks. Convo me before placing an order I can advise of the most likely timescale.


Insurance is recommended as this is the only way you will be covered in cases of postal loss/damage. If you'd like to purchase insurance please contact me for a quote before placing an order. If you require a tracking number for your package you must purchase shipping via Airsure, International Signed for, Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery, depending on where you are located. Contact me for more information and a price quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Bespoke orders will require a period of consultation before the new design/materials are finalised. I may also need to order in materials which can take some time. As such, those placing bespoke orders should take this into account when purchasing for a specific date/event. I will give you an anticipated date for completion before you decide whether or not to proceed.

Discounts will apply for larger purchases but please note that I cannot offer wholesale prices via Etsy. Please contact me to discuss the possibility of stocking my work.
