I hope you enjoy your visit here at my shop. I love the art of creating and crafting and will have a variety of items. Most of my merchandise is one of a kind with a few things similar in style.

Payment

* All prices are listed in United States currency.

* PayPal and money orders from the US Post Office will be accepted

* If you purchase, but do not make actual payment at that time,
items will not ship until payment has been made and verified
though PayPal.

* If after 3 days payment still has not been made the sale
will be canceled and the item will be listed back in store,
unless you convo me and plans are made otherwise.

* NOTE: You can still pay with your debit or credit card at
check out when using PayPal.

Shipping

* I ship using the United States Post Office or UPS for larger
items.

* Packages will be shipped within 24-48hrs. of receipt of
payment unless otherwise noted.



PLEASE be sure that the shipping address you provide Etsy is the same you have with Paypal. If the shipping address you provided at checkout doesn't match your paypal shipping address I will be contacting your paypal email to verify the correct shipping address. This is to protect you from any fraud and unauthorized people using your paypal account.

Refunds and Exchanges

*I package my items carefully to ensure they arrive safely.

*I hope you will be happy with your hand made item. But if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me first,I will try to resolve any issues. If it cannot be resolved, I will refund your purchase price,
EXCLUDING any shipping fees.

*You have 10 days from the time you receive your purchase to the return of it in my hands. I will not accept returns after 10 days.You must use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number to me after mailing.

The following conditions apply:
* I can not be held responsible for LOSS or DAMAGE by the USPS
or UPS.
* Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

* Items must arrive back in the same condition in which they originally were shipped, unaltered, undamaged and resalable.

* Items must arrive back within 10 days of delivery, based on original USPS delivery confirmation date.

NOTE: All refunds are issued through PayPal.
