Thank you so much for shopping at the blue door!

All of my items are handmade by either myself or my mother (she knits!).

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask via the conversation/message system of etsy.

Payment

I accept payment via PayPal only at this time. If you are taking advantage of a special as soon as I receive your PayPal payment notification, I will refund your payment accordingly.

Shipping

I ship first class via USPS. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please send me a convo to discuss.

All items will ship out within two days of your order/payment, and oftentimes ship out even faster!

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to carefully package my items so they arrive safely to you unharmed, but if you should receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please let me know and I will either replace it or refund your money.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, thus no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
