I strive to provide excellent customer service. I want everyone to be as happy with my art, crafts, and products as I am. Any questions at all please feel free to contact me. I am happy to talk about my handmade perspective or help with any purchase inquiries

Payment

I accept Paypal, postal money order and checks. If you are paying by credit card or Paypal, please pay immediately. If you wish to pay by check or postal money order please send within 2 days of purchase and contact me to notify me so I know to wait for payment. I will wait for checks and money orders to clear before shipping. Paypal and credit card payments will ship within 48 hrs. I notify all customers upon shipment.

Shipping

I ship USPS parcel for most items. I get delivery confirmation on all items shipped. I am happy to upgrade to USPS priority, just contact me and I will send a revised invoice for your purchase for the price difference in shipping. I happily ship international.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If the item arrives damaged, lost in the mail ( I will check delivery confirmation information to confirm), Or if you are totally unhappy with your item, please contact me. I am happy to replace, repair or refund purchase price (not including shipping cost). If you wish a replacement or repair please send the original back to me within 7 days of receipt of item.
