Payment

Knotty Pine Press accepts PayPal. If you're in DC and want to avoid delay and fossil fuels, write to us and we may be able to arrange pick up/drop off.

Shipping

We ship by first class U.S. postal mail, usually within 24 hours after payment, and always within 48 hours. If you need something more quickly, please e-mail knottypinepress [!at] yahoo.com to arrange another shipping method.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cards and coasters may not be returned, but we want you to love what you buy. If you think your order was sent incorrectly, or have any other problems, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

We love custom work - if you have a special event coming up and need invitations, announcements, or gifts, just drop us a line at knottypinepress(at)yahoo.com. We're happy to talk about your ideas and draw up a quote.

All of our paper goods are handmade - color variations are normal and to be expected. Colors may not look exactly as they do on screen, but we'll do our best to describe any really unique colors. If you have questions, just ask!
