Thanks again for visiting my shop,were every item is made with utmost care and dedication in order to satisfy your wishes.
The complete manufacturing goes through a lot of stages until complete:making the PapierMaché,moulding it,the drying process(that can lead up to 2weeks),the sanding,painting and varnishing and then finally the shipping.
So here is the part where the pleasure turns to buiseness and I will explain all the transaction and shipping details.I advise you to read everything with attention to avoid any misunderstandings later on.If you have any questions or doubts let me know by Etsy convo and I will contact you as promptly as possible.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of placing your order.
You can do so via PayPal(you don't need a PayPal account of your own)or Banktransfer in Euros,if you are an european comunity customer.If you prefer this way of transaction send me an Etsyconvo and I will provide you with the information necessary.

Shipping

All items will be safely packed and shipped within 2 to 3 days after payment is recieved,so be sure that your shippingadress is filled out correctly.I will inform you about the date the order has left for shipment.
I send international orders by Standard or Priority Mail(depends on the weight and the time of year-holliday season etc.),insured shipment have an increase in cost and I can inform you about the exact amount on request.

Delivery time STANDARD MAIL:
PORTUGAL 1-2 DAYS
EUROPE 5-10 DAYS
WORLDWIDE 7-12 DAYS

Delivery time PRIORITY OR INSURED MAIL:
PORTUGAL 1 DAY
EUROPE 2-3 DAYS
WORLDWIDE UP TO 5 DAYS(I cannot be held responsible for any delay)




The Shipping rates are according to the weight of every item and are listed in the items description page.If you ordered more than one item I will send you a correct invoice and if I charged you a higher rate( more than 1 $) than the one I actualy paid,I will refund you through PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot be hold responsible for any items lost,however there is always the possibility of insuring your package with an additional cost.
If the delivery recieved shows any signs of damage convo me right away so that we can try to fix the problem.
Buyers are responsible for their own country's custom fees or taxes and returns will not be accepted due to any additional costs refering to that matter.For any additional information contact your local custom service.
I would also apreciate any feedback as soon as the delivery has been recieved in order to know,if everything has turned out to your liking.

I do accept custom orders,so please contact me if you want to place one.
Beside the items made in PapierMaché is a little colourpalette for you to choose from,but beware that the colours may be slightly different from the original.
