Payment

I currently accept Paypal and Money Orders. If I do not receive payment or hear from you regarding payment within 5 business days, I will cancel the transaction.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order...please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping

Shippping is thru United States Postal Service-First Class Mail. If you need your order expedited, it can be arranged at an addtional cost. Shipments are not insured unless insurance is requested by the buyer in advance.

**For International Shipping** The buyer is responsible for knowing the shipping and importing regulations of their country. I can not be held responsible for seized packages.***

I make every attempt to securely package my items so that they will arrive safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am unable to accept returns/refunds but will work with you to make sure you have a positive experience when ordering from CrossRoads Conjure. Due to the nature of my handmade items, all sales are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CrossRoads Conjure does not guarantee the outcome of any ritual or spell with the use of my products. I must say that items sold are as curios only. Don't want the "boogey man" on my doorstep!
