This is your one stop spot to get all of your Handmade Bath, Body & Soy Candle Products!

Wix & Whacks is on a mission to help our environment! That is why we have joined in on the new "Pre-Cycling" trend! Pre-Cycling is the first step in reducing waste! Basically it is a way to create less waste to dispose of! This means that we buy all of our ingredients in Bulk amounts to save on trash! Then once these containers are empty, the ones that we can reuse, we wash, and sanitize, and the ones we cannot use, get washed and recycled!

Any Product that may be left over, (aka, half bottles) or soap scraps, are also all used up by my family so that we are throwing away very little!


****Wix & Whacks Recycling Program****
To help make a difference we have decided to offer a recycling program to our buyers! Soy Wax washes out with Soap and water! So Candle Jars are Reusable if there are no chips or cracks! So, send us back your candle Jar, and we will refill it for you for 50% of what you paid for the candle! We will also pay for 50% of shipping costs to get it back to you!

Another option, if you do not wish to have your candle refilled, you can send us back the Jar for a $3.00 credit in our store!

If you choose not to send the jar back to us, please recycle the Jar! We do not need more trash piling up in our landfills!

Payment

I accept Paypal or Money Orders. I also can accept payment over the phone. (which I prefer not too, because I believe paypal or money order is safer. Who knows who is listening in)

Shipping

Products will be shipped out within 72 hours on average. If you have a large order please allow extra time. I use USPS unless requested otherwise. Buyer may request Insurance but buyer must pay extra for it.
If for some reason Shipping is significantly less than what I charged, I will refund the money through paypal.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!
I do ship worldwide! But please be aware that there are custom fees! Wix & Whacks is NOT responsable for any custom or duty fee's that they buyer might recieve.

Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns for exchanges due to the risk of contamination. We can't be held liable for a lost or damaged package. If you would like shipping insurance please let us know.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please read all ingredient labels and cautions before purchasing Items. As with all cosmetics, test a small area before applying to body. If irritation occurs discontinue use immedietly. Aviod all sensitive areas.
