Welcome to Glam Grenade! My current clothing line is called "Daddysgirl" in honor of my Dad, and well, me, I guess, because I'm the Daddy's Girl!
Clothing cut for the rocking and stylish twenty/thirty something who wants unique and one of a kind garments!

Payment

I only accept Paypal. Payment is due immediately unless you choose to pay with an E cheque at which point your item will not be shipped until the E cheque clears.
I will reserve an item for you for 5 days. If you have not purchased the item after 5 days, I will take the reserve off.

Shipping

I will only ship to the address linked to your Paypal account. If your Paypal address is different than your Etsy address, it WILL be shipped to your Paypal address, so be sure it is correct when ordering. I am not responsible for the package if your Paypal address is incorrect.

Where shipping is included in the purchase price, it is the cheapest shipping available to me. It DOES NOT include insurance or tracking, so if you require either of these things, please feel free to convo me and I will let you know your shipping options/costs. I will not be held responsible for items once they leave my hands, so any issues you have with shipping time/cost or items lost in the mail, you can take up with Canada Post.
PLEASE NOTE:
I am in Canada, so please keep that in mind when estimating shipping time.

I will ship internationally, please convo me with your location for a shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not give refunds or exchanges unless there was a gross misrepresntation on my part. As the buyer you are expected to read all item descriptions and measurements and look closely at all pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before purchasing. I welcome questions.

ALLERGY ALERT - I have two cats and occasionally smoke. I keep the cats as far away as possible from my sewing room and only smoke outside.
