We firmly believe in customer service being our top priority and truly hope that you will enjoy our products.

Payment

We accept PayPal as our primary method of payment, however, we can make exceptions if needed. Items will be sent out upon confirmation of payment. If sending a money order, a copy of the receipt and the date it is mailed needs to be emailed and items will only then be shipped. We do not accept personal checks.

Shipping

Orders will be sent twice a week at standard shipping rates through the United States Postal Service. Special requests for upgrades, expedited shipping, insurance, customs, etc will be billed to the customer with billing adjusted accordingly. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers.
Shipping prices are based on USPS shipping based on the size of the package that the item will fit in. The price is rounded up to the nearest dollar figure to also cover for packaging materials and the trip to the nearest post office.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied you may exchange an item within 1 week of receiving. Shipping prices on returned items will be paid by the customer, however, no additional charges will be accrued for new items sent out. If the new item you choose is priced higher, the buyer is expected to pay the difference, however, if it is lower in price, you will receive a store credit for the difference.

Please feel free to ask questions at any time as we are new to this and still need help getting on our feet. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
Currently, we only accept custome orders for Spoodles only. This only includes requested hair colors, dress colors, and any accessories (i.e. hair flowers, glasses, Granny Spoodles, Bridal Spoodles, etc).
