Welcome to our shop! We're happy to answer any questions about our items, or to make alterations when necessary - (changing pierced earrings to clips, etc.).

♥GIFTS: All of our items come gift boxed. If you need items to be boxed separately, please let us know, as we usually try to conserve packing materials by putting two or more items in each box. If you would like a gift card to be enclosed with your gift, just let us know at checkout and we will be happy to do so.

♥ADJUSTMENTS: If you see something you like but would like a variation on it, just ask! We are happy to make adjustments such as switching ear wires, changing from pierced to clips, and adjusting necklace lengths. Most alterations are free of charge. There may be a small fee for certain changes, such as upgrading chain styles, or an alteration of more than a few inches in length.

♥BRIDAL PARTIES: Many items are available in multiples for bridal parties - convo us for more infornmation!

♦♦♦If you are unsatisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Customer service is VERY important to us. We want everyone to love their purchases!

Payment

Paypal is preferred, but we will also accept money orders.

CREDIT CARDS WELCOME: You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your order at Paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account

♥♥♥Let us know if you are paying with a money order. We need to have it within 5 business days.♥♥♥

If you are using Paypal, please pay when you check out. Overseas buyers must pay with Paypal in US dollars.

♦♦♦If you use the echeck option on Paypal, it does take up to a week for the payment to clear. We will ship the order as soon as the funds arrive in our Paypal account.

Shipping

We usually ship within 2-4 business days of payment.

International orders: Shipping time for overseas orders can vary, especially when dealing with customs. It may take as few as 10 days, or up to 30 days or longer. If you require your item sooner, please convo us for priority shipping rates.

*The buyer is responsible for paying all duty fees on your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want everyone to be happy with our jewelry! If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback and we will work on a resolution.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition for an exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We make every effort to take accurate photos of our items, but please keep in mind that colors will vary from monitor to monitor.

***If your address is DIFFERENT than your paypal address, please indicate that in the Message to Seller on your Etsy receipt. For example, if you are sending it to someone as a gift, please mention that on your receipt or convo me immediately so the item gets sent to the right person.

For large custom orders, we require a 50% deposit before we buy all the materials to make your order.
