Welcome

My Etsy shop is fairly new, but I have been selling on my website, Faery Medicine, for several years now. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please contact me. I want your experience at my shop to be a good one.

Payment

I accept credit cards, Paypal, checks, and money orders. When you pay by credit card you will be taken to Paypal, a secure site, to pay for your order. No Paypal account is necessary. (Orders paid for by check will ship when check clears.) Shipments to California will have 7.75% tax added to the total.

Shipping

Domestic orders - I ship small orders by First Class Mail and heavier ones by UPS Ground. It's pretty tough to place a "heavier" order though because my items are light! Shipping costs are listed with each item.

International - Shipping prices are listed with each item. Items are shipped First Class Mail.

If you need to receive your order in a hurry - please inquire about upgrading your shipping method before placing your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order please let me know right away and we will work out a solution. Returns must be arranged within 10 days of receiving your item and item must be returned in perfect condition. A refund will be issued minus return shipping.
