Welcome to Perry Jayne. My daughter & son love the things I make for them and I hope your child will love them too.

The beauty of buying handmade means that each item will be slightly different. Please allow for small variations in your items from the pictures, but know that each will be just as cute.

All items are crafted in a smoke-free environment. I pre-wash all fabrics and shirts in a dye-free and perfume-free detergent.

Payment

Payment (paypal) is expected at time of order please! I cannot begin working on your custom order until payment is received.

Paypal accepts all major credit cards and a paypal account is not neccessary. I never see any of your private financial information when you use paypal. Paypal is a very safe and secure way to pay on the internet!

CREDIT CARD USERS - You do not need a Paypal account to purchase items! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. Have PayPal questions? Visit the Help section (link at the top of the page) or e-mail support @ etsy.com, they will be most happy to assist you. Thank you!

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 5 weeks of purchase and often sooner. I ship my shirt USPS Priority mail and First Class mail for all other items. Your item will come wrapped nicely in tissue with hang tags. If you would like insurance and delivery confirmation, I can do that for an additional $1.50. I am not responsible for lost items. If you would like different shipping options convo me and let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am confident that you will L-O-V-E your items. If you are not happy with your item, I will gladly exchange your item OR issue a refund on your item (minus shipping costs). Items must be in new condition and returned to me within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. Please contact me for details.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to do custom orders. Just ask. :)
***If you would like Lettering Added to your shirts. I can embroider an initial in a little heart or onto a part of the applique for Free. However, if you would like me to applique a word or name, there will be a charge of $2 per letter. It is tedious work to hand sew around letters and cannot be done for free.
