Hi! Welcome to Be Jeweled By Candi. I specialize in handmade, one-of-a-kind beaded jewelry. Each piece of my jewelry is created with great care and is designed from my heart, so I want you to be completely satisfied. Customer service and satisfaction are my number one priorities, so if you have any questions or comments, please just convo me.

Payment

If you are new to Etsy and need help with a purchase, just contact me and I will help you through the process.

I accept Paypal, checks and money orders.
Orders will ship when payment is received and has cleared.

Ga residents are subject to 4% sales tax.

Shipping

I will ship items to your Etsy address, not your Paypal address, so please make sure that it is correct.

Orders will ship out via USPS First Class Mail within 2 days of received payment. Let me know if you would like Priority Mail, insurance or delivery confirmation, and I will adjust the shipping charges accordingly. There will be a $5 charge for Priority Mail.

For International shipping, please contact me for a shipping quote. You will be responsible for import duties, customs fees and vat taxes.

I do combine shipping costs if you order more than one item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, simply return the item within 5 days in the same condition it was received, along with the reason you are returning it, and I will be more than happy to refund your money. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will resize any bracelet or necklace to suit your needs for no additional charge. If you are unsure of your bracelet size, the best way to measure your wrist is to wrap a piece of string around your wrist bone and mark where the two ends of the string meet. (Don't pull the string too tightly.) Measure the string on a ruler, and this is the actual size of your wrist. Add 1" to allow for the clasp.

If the jewelry you are purchasing is a gift and you are not sure of the exact size, here are some general sizing guidelines:

Adult Bracelet Sizing:

X Small - 7 inches or 17.8 cm
Small - 7 1/2 inches or 19.1 cm
Medium - 8 inches or 20.3 cm
Large - 8 1/2 inches or 21.6 cm
X Large - 9 inches or 22.9 cm

I welcome custom orders. Convo me, and we will create something special to suit your own personal style. Custom orders are not complete until you have seen and approved the final design.
