It is my goal to have happy customers and to provide quality products and good follow-up support in any way I can. I am very willing to work with individuals to provide the best service I can. Sometimes colors appear different from monitor to monitor so keep that in mind.
Payment
I welcome paypal as my preferred method of payment. Its fast, easy and available both to those who are not paypal members. For more details about this option please convo me and I will guide you.
Shipping
All my items will be shipped via EMS parcel service worldwide. Upon shipment I will supply you with the tracking number and web link for you to track the item you are so waiting for.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the item to arrive to most places around the globe. Please convo us for whenever item was not received.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me whenever you are not happy with the IndigoliA item. I offer a 5 day refund policy however shipping fees will not be refunded.
I will not refund members that will leave negative feedback without a talking to me first.
Additional Policies and FAQs
IndigoliA will not hold responsibility for the tax and custom fees in your own country and therefore I will not refund that part of your cost. Please check these things before you choose the item.
