Plushroom Soup is brewing and stewing softies that are cuddly and lovable, but definitely a little twisted too.

Each item in my shop is truly unique. I don't buy materials in bulk, and each item is sewn by me using patterns of my own design. I hope you like what you see and will visit often!

A Note about Safety
Although I take great care in sewing each plushie and would never sell anything I didn't deem sturdy, I do not recommend my items for children under 12. Many of my plushies have small parts, like plastic safety eyes or beads, that can pose a choking hazard. Some also contain wire armatures.

A Note about Allergies
I live in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. I do not allow my pets access to my plushies, but if you are very sensitive to pet dander, please keep this in mind.

Payment

Please pay via PayPal within 3 days, unless you have made prior arrangements with me. MN residents can pay with cash or check; just select "other" for payment method when checking out. If paying with a check, please allow 10 days for clearance before item will ship.

If you do not pay within 3 days and I have not heard from you, I will send you an email or Etsy conversation before canceling your order and relisting the item.

Sales tax is INCLUDED for MN residents.

Shipping

Payment must be received before shipping.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing. I ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation included at no extra charge. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days domestically and up to 2 weeks internationally. If you need something rushed or prefer a different shipping method, please let me know and I will adjust your shipping rate accordingly.

Live near the Twin Cities? I'm happy to arrange a pickup--please send me an email or Etsy conversation to make arrangements.

I try to be as eco-friendly as possible when shipping orders, using mainly recycled packaging materials. For this reason, your order may not contain tissue paper, and will not contain an invoice unless specifically requested. Rest assured, though, that I will securely package your item so that it arrives safely.

Refunds and exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you have any trouble with your order.

Item Colors
I do my best to accurately portray item colors in my photographs. Please note, however, that some monitors may display colors differently.
