Welcome

Thank you so much for shopping at Windows of Agate! Everything in my shop is handmade by myself. I am a NYC mom and create in every spare moment. If you see something that you like in my sold orders I would be happy to make you a similar item though I cannot guarantee that it will be identical. My materials of choice are free traded yarn (typically from women collectives), color saturated cotton prints, and vintage buttons.

Items are produced in a cat friendly environment.

Payment

I accept PayPal, personal checks (from the USA), and money orders (from the USA) as payment. Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days after I receive your payment (unless it is made-to-order and in that case it will be shipped as the listing indicates). If I do not receive your payment within 7 business days your purchase will be canceled.

Shipping

I ship all orders within the USA and Canada via USPS priority delivery. Within the US estimated transit is 2-5 business days. All international orders will be shipped standard which is an estimated transit time of 7-14 days. Shipping charges include shipping and handling. I do not give refunds on shipping.

I ship to the address given by Etsy. If you wish for me to send them to a different address please let me know in "notes to seller" when checking out.

International customers may be required to pay applicable custom fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item you receive is damaged in any way I would be happy to give you a refund. I do not refund shipping. Also, if you are not happy with the item for any reason, I will refund all but shipping charges after you send the item back to me and as long as it is in the same condition as I sent it out in. If you are outside of the US any fees upon receipt of the package is up to you to pay. I cannot control or be held responsible for what customs may charge you.
