Please read the store policies carefully, & should you have any questions or comments please don't hesitate to contact me.
I always strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one!

Payment

Currently I can only accept payment via Paypal, however you do not need a Paypal account to use them.

If you are in the UK & wish to send a cheque for your items I will accept that if you contact me privately.

I will not send any goods until all payments have cleared.

Shipping

Shipping overseas is via standard Airmail, which does not include a tracking number.
Tracking (only within the UK) & delivery confirmation is available for an extra charge which starts at around $5.30(US).
If you wish to find out more, please contact me before purchasing anything to request the total price.

For purchases over $50 I will need to quote extra insurance costs & send you a revised Paypal invoice, as you will not be covered for refunds or lost parcels otherwise. I would advise you to contact me before purchasing in order to get a quote.

For UK buyers I will send all large packages via 1st class, 'recorded signed for' at no extra cost.
Small items (ie bookmarks, keyrings etc) will be sent standard 1st class.


I aim to post items within 7 days of recieving payment. I usually only get to the Post Office once a week, so if something is urgent please let me know.
An email is always sent on delivery, so you know that your order is on it's way!

**Please note**
In the UK all items bought from overseas may be liable to a customs tax.
I do not know the proceedures for Customs import duty overseas, but please be aware that you may be liable for a small charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you wish to return the goods, you will have seven working days from the date of purchase in which to contact me. (via email or letter)
You will have 30 days in which to return the purchase to me, in the exact condition you recieved it, for your refund. (Minus Postage costs)

Any return Postage costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
If the items are not returned in a re-salable condition, then I reserve the right not to refund you.

If your goods arrive in poor condition (ie. damaged in transit), please inform me imediately & I will discuss with you the options for a replacement.
