Welcome to Ruthie Designs. I am an Illustrator and Graphic Designer residing in Buffalo, New York. I try to put my unique personal style into every project I create for you to being into your home! Browse my artist prints, illustrations and selection of handmade pillows! Everything is made with eco-friendly materials and artistic uniqueness. Payment

I accept payment through PayPal only. Completing payment at the time of purchase is always encouraged. If you are having problems checking out please contact me and I will do my best to help you!

Payment must be received within three days of purchase to avoid cancellation of your sale.

Shipping

All pillows are sent boxed. All prints are sent wrapped in protective sheet and sent with "do not bed" stamping. Everything is sent and handled with care!

All domestic orders (within the United States) are sent via USPS Priority mail.
International orders, please email for price quote.

I ship most orders the very next business day. Some of my pieces are made to order and so will take longer to ship. Please see individual listings for more information.

Please note - with shipping: I will not hold any responsibility over loss or damage to your items. I cannot issue replacements or refunds for items sent.

International customers may be required to pay customs duty on some larger packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I can not legally mark packages as a 'gift' to avoid these duties.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will completely satisfied with your purchase! If you have any problems please contact me immediately. For returns I must be notified within 3 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will refund via Paypal less original shipping charges. All items must be returned in the original condition received. I keep photos of every sale sent out.
