Our specialty is custom-designing sterling silver jewelry to fulfill your specific desires. We also carry a broad selection of in-stock already-crafted pieces which make great gifts for yourself or someone you care for.

All of our designs are created with sterling silver components, semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals and fine vintage beads along with steel rowels and genuine leather. Our most popular custom and already-crafted pieces include: Y-necklaces, dangle earrings, ankle bracelets, mothers’ birthstone bracelets and charm bracelets, kids’ jewelry, and bridal party sets.

Why should you consider a custom design? Let's say you have a special outfit and you want the perfect jewelry to complete the look. Or perhaps you have a necklace and can't find matching earrings anywhere. That is where we come in. Our Designer Classic Mully will create the ideal pieces to satisfy your particular needs and compliment your personality. We are now carrying our extensive leather, fiber, yarn, bath, beauty and many other items. (I just keep finding too many fun things!) We do hope you enjoy our products, however if you have any problem, contact us.

Payment

We will happily accept many forms of payment including Personal Check, Money Order, and Paypal. Most payments will be required to be made withing three days; checks and mailorders must clear before the product is shipped. ($25 fee on returned checks). Only items being shipped within Arizona will have tax (8.5%). Please contact us directly if you need to cancel an order, we understand things happen, so don't be afraid we're here for you.

Shipping

Orders will go out either USPS, Fedex, or UPS ("standard" shipping is USPS due to it being down the street from me; other carriers are upon request). I promise they will be sent padded, and well- "mail-proof" (we ALL know how they really handle our packages!). If you need it by a certain time, that's ok- we will try everything in our power to get it there. If you would to add insurance, etc. that is completely ok, just ask and it shal be done. As of now, we do not have international orders, but soon, someday.

Also, since most items are if fact custom, when your order is put in I will let you know if it will be shipped immediately, but in most cases it mails out out in about 2-3 days.

All packages are now going out USPS Priority Mail, with confirmation and insurance. We apologize if you think our shipping has gone up, it is for the best for everyone that we send our orders out this way. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If your items arrives damaged you may have it exchanged- we will pay for the postage to get it sent back and forth. If it is lost within the world of sad-mail, unless its insured as of now, we cannot cover it, but will work to get you another item, just call. Like I said, we are here for you, we understand stuff happens, and I believe almost everything has happened to me. Refunds are not really given, but call us and we will see what we can do.

Custom information:
Halters, reins and other tack is usually made to order, and will take about one week to finish and ship. We do have a few in stock at all times, just ask. (For a quick-ship situation where you need it for a show for this coming weekend, for ex. Hey, I've been there)

Shop closed on weekends, sorry. Orders placed on weekend will be "processed" Monday.
