Payment
I accept PayPal and ask that you pay for your items within three days of purchase. If you need a different payment deadline or more flexible terms, please let me know. I ship only to verified PayPal addresses.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, I ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Here's why: The USPS provides Priority shipping boxes, which keeps me from having to find--and charge for--supplies. The USPS will also pick up items sent via Priority, which helps me get your items to you quickly.
If a particular item does not fit into a standard Priority box, I will generally ship in a sturdy repurposed box or purchase a new container for the occasion. Local (Tulsa, OK) buyers are welcome to contact me to arrange pick-up.
Insurance is not included in the shipping cost, but I highly reccommend purchasing it. Please let me know if you would like insure your item and I will send you an invoice that includes insurance. I am not responsible for uninsured items once they have left my hands.
In stock items ship within a day or two. Custom orders will generally take two weeks, give or take, from payment until shipment, but we'll work out the details of that when you place your order.
If you really, really need an item fast, contact me before purchasing so that we can look at the options.
Generally speaking, I will ship only to a verified PayPal address as this protects both of us. I'm flexible, however, so please let me know if you would like an item shipped elsewhere and we can talk about it.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges unless you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented in its description (and I try really hard not to do that). If this is the case, please contact me so that we can work something out. Please check the measurements and size information in the item description as there are no refunds due to incorrect size.
I do not offer refunds for lost or damaged shipments. Please consider buying insurance (see "Shipping" for more information) if this is a concern for you.
In the very rare event that a refund is necessary, the buyer must return the item in as sold condition . . . no smells, damage or visible signs of wear. I will then issue a refund, minus shipping (both ways), via Paypal on the 15th or the last day of the month (whichever comes first).
No returns on custom orders.

All items come from a tidy, no pets, no smoking home. Everything else here is pretty average, however, so if you have a particular allergy . . . scents, nuts, etc., please contact me with details.
